These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Anakot Labs website at anakotla.blog and to any course enrolment you make with us. By using the site or signing up for a course, you agree to these Terms. If any part of them is unclear, please contact us before proceeding.

1. About Us

2. Using Our Website

You may browse and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that disrupts its functioning or the experience of other visitors.
• Attempt to access parts of the site or its systems that are not publicly available.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our course content, written materials, or design without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website.

3. Course Enrolment

When you enrol in a course, you are entering into an agreement with Anakot Labs to participate in that programme under the conditions described at the time of enrolment. Details including start dates, weekly study expectations, and mentor arrangements are confirmed at that point.

Places on each course are limited. Enrolment is confirmed only once payment has been received and you have received a written confirmation from us.

4. Payments

Course fees are listed on our website in Thai Baht (฿) and are charged in full before the course begins unless a specific payment arrangement has been agreed in writing. Fees cover access to course materials, mentor sessions, and the peer group for the duration stated.

Payments are processed via a secure third-party provider. We do not store your card information.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans change. The following applies:

• More than 14 days before the course start: Full refund, less any processing fees charged by the payment provider.
• 7 to 14 days before the course start: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before the course start: No refund, but you may transfer your enrolment to a future intake with at least 5 days' notice.
• After the course has started: Refunds are not available, though we will consider deferral requests made in writing within the first two weeks.

6. Course Participation

We ask that all learners engage respectfully with mentors and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove anyone from a course whose conduct causes disruption or harm to others. In such cases, no refund will be given.

Courses are conducted online. You are responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection. We make reasonable efforts to keep sessions running smoothly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including written content, recorded sessions, code examples, and design resources, remain the property of Anakot Labs. You may use these materials for your own learning during and after the course, but may not share, sell, or publish them without our written consent.

Work you produce as part of course assignments belongs to you. We may ask for permission to share exceptional student projects as examples, but this will always be a voluntary request.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take care in preparing our course content and mentor assignments, but we cannot make commitments about outcomes, as these depend on each learner's effort and individual circumstances. Our courses are designed to build skills over time, not to deliver results instantly.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of our website or courses is limited to the fees paid for the specific course in question.

9. Changes to Courses or Terms

We may make adjustments to course content, schedules, or these Terms from time to time. Where a change materially affects an existing enrolment, we will notify you by email with reasonable notice. The Terms on this page apply from the date shown above.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the courts of Thailand.
